Top 5 Rooftop Dining Experience in Singapore

Whether it’s a sweeping view of the Singapore River you are after or the impressive panorama of skyscrapers crowding the skyline, rooftop restaurants in Singapore are the best places to take in the sights – and heights.

Here I have highlighted my top 5 gorgeous rooftop restaurants and bars in Singapore that exude vastly different vibes with amazing views and great ambience—there is definitely at least one that will catch your fancy.

1. Stellar at 1- Altitude

Perched high on level 62 of One Raffles Place, the restaurant has a simple interior design while offering a spectacular view of Singapore’s city skyline. The main dining area is spacious. I highly recommend prior reservations to snag that much coveted table beside the window. Not surprisingly, it is the choice for many when it comes to selecting a venue for that romantic night out or celebratory occasion.

Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience at Stellar. We were impressed with the carefully thought-out and well-executed menu. The creative genius behind the menu that takes centre-stage at Stellar 1-Altitude is none other than Executive Chef, Christopher Miller.

Thereafter, we headed up to 1-Altitude Gallery & Bar, the highest alfresco bar in the world, for a feel of its energizing nightlife vibes. The 360 degree view of the city lights is certainly spectacular, concluding our evening on a gorgeous note.

Note: Minimum spend per person is <$100

MUST TRY: Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Belon, Styles of Citron with Passionfruit Mousseline and Tajima Wagyu Specialty Cuts.

2. Equinox in Swissotel

Lucky to have experienced dining at Equinox Restaurant before it has been closed. This was probably one of the most popular places to go to for a top-of-the-world experience before many on this list came along. Located on the 70th floor of Swissotel The Stamford, Equinox offers a jaw-dropping bird’s eye view of the Singapore cityscape. Coupled with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and elaborate decorations of high teak and paper lanterns. Equinox offers guests a dining experience of luxury and comfort. This place was just divine and unforgettable to us. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful the food and service during our visit.
